Get lots of rest!

Did you ever feel tired, no energy or motivation to accomplish anything significant in you day?

This could mean that you are not getting your rest!

Sometimes all you need is a cat nap or a nice walk. But 80% of the time is lack of sleep. If you are looking to be unproductive just take away 2 hours of sleep in you day, and you will be on your way.

Here are a few tips to re-energize your life.

1. Turn off the screen TV Computer lap top social media. Give your eyes and mind a break 1 hour a night should be all you need.(unless your are doing your job or doing a school project)

2. Go to bed early 7:30 pm or 8:00 pm is acceptable once in a while. “Most televisions can record your programs.

3. All work and no play is a no no!    “You need time for relaxation.”

4. Find yourself a muse. A muse is your true calling, something that you enjoy doing that makes you special some people make a nice sideline with their muse. Just do it for fun at first. (The results may surprise you.)
